About Quinn CarniatoConveyancing Paralegal

As one of the first lines of communication and interaction with both our clients and conveyancers. Quinn is a calm and patient Conveyancing Assistant with excellent time management and organisational skills. Working alongside Magenta to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

With extensive experience in word processing programs and processes. Quinn is highly skilled in professional conflict resolution, which allows her to prioritise time sensitive workloads and communication with a wide range of clients. While assisting our conveyancers and other team members in our fast paced environment.

Quinn started with One Step Conveyancing almost at the very beginning in 2016, where she had been working in retail after returning to the workforce from the most challenging and rewarding role of her career, motherhood. Wanting a more challenging role and a desire to return to a professional office environment, Quinn joined the One Step as an Conveyancing Paralegal and is a much valued and respected part of the team.

Prior to working in conveyancing, Quinn has worked for two of Sydney’s largest Construction Companies. Her role as a Personal Assistant to Project Directors and Managers stretched over a 10 year period. Giving her the opportunity to learn and develop her skills in customer service, personal assistance and exceptional communication that she is fluent in today.

Quinn relocated to the beautiful Coffs Coast from Sydney 17 years ago, returning to her husband’s hometown. Where they both live, work and play while raising their two boys.

Outside of work, Quinn loves spending time with her husband and two boys who are heavily involved in soccer at both local club and representative level. As a family they also enjoy getting out on the beautiful waterways around the coast. Enjoying water-skiing & wakeboarding while also spending quality time with friends and extended family.

Quinn has always enjoyed working with people and loves seeing our clients succeed with their transactions and knowing our team has played an important role in this.
