Sarah is the director and owner of One Step Conveyancing Services. Sarah has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years and has been a Licensed Conveyancer for over 10 years. Sarah established One Step Conveyancing at the start of 2015 from the study at her place of residence; she now oversees a team of 4 employees and is an expert in the property industry.

Sarah has lived on the Coffs Coast her whole life and is a respected member of the community. Sarah sponsors several local junior sporting organisations and is an active member of the local business community. Sarah is passionate about her work and has a genuine understanding and care for her client’s needs. Sarah focuses on providing her clients with high-quality, efficient service and is committed to ensuring that each transaction is completed professionally, efficiently, and friendly.

When Sarah is not assisting her clients with their property transactions, she is spending time with her family. Sarah loves the beach, travelling, cooking, walking her dog and living a healthy and active lifestyle.
